Equipment checks...

Getting ready for the Lake Lefroy land sailing regatta, buggy checked over, tyre pressures checked, bolts tightened, GoPro chase mount reinstalled, safety gear checked, anemometer and GPS plus spare batteries.

New kite's set to arrive Thursday, if the Manta II hasn't sold that's coming too. KAP kite and all my camera gear all packed and charged.

Everything is ready to go into the ute on Thursday ready for an early start on Friday morning.

Need for speed - measurer...

A while back I had my Garmin eTrex H stolen out of my car so I have been unable to accurately measure my speed.

The other day I rememberd that we still had a Magellan Explorist GC  from when we used to go geocaching so this is now strapped to the buggy...

New GPSr...

For my leaving present I had a BCF gift card, as soon as I saw it I new what I was going to buy, so I now have a replacement for my eTrex H - which would sometimes be a bit unreliable.

An eTrex 10...

the main thing is that this is much easier to attach to the iMac to down load my speeds and tracks. BCF are going to order me a mount so that I can attach it to the buggy.
