"it's all video, video, video..."

I do love my kite buggying and a flip side to that is like making and editing my kite buggy videos-

I was having a look at all my kit this morning...

Equipment checks...

The forecast is still looking good for the weekend. Got everything out this morning to check it was ready to go.

Tyre pressures, bolts tightened, both kites checked, pads, helmet, gloves and harness ready...

Then inside to make sure I have all my GoPro mounts and both GoPro cameras are fully charged...

All good just bring on the wind!

boarding...

I went mountainboarding this arvo, as we drove past Lake Walyungup this morning and large parts of it are underwater!

I did 6.26kms with a new top speed of 30kph, used my new 3-way mount to shoot some video. Was going to try out the chesty but left it at home.

Some screen shots as I can't post the movie on vimeo until Wednesday!

More mounts...

Today I received to more mounts from GoPro, a chesty and a newly released 3 way.

The 3 way can be used as a camera grip, extension arm or tripod...

  • Configurable for a wide range of uses, from capturing POV footage and selfies, to follow-cam, static tripod shots and more
  • Folding arm makes it easy to capture selfies without the mount appearing in the shot
  • Use the arm plus grip like a pole mount for immersive POV or follow-cam footage
  • Handle can be detached from the arm and used as a camera grip
  • Removable tripod conveniently stores inside the handle
  • Lightweight, mini tripod can be used on its own or combined with the handle
  • Waterproof construction for use in and out of the water
  • Measures 20” (50.8cm) when fully extended, collapses to 7.5” (19cm)
